Your custody arrangements stay yours. The token adds controls that work wherever it’s held.
Questions you’ll be asked
Who holds the agent role, the custodian or the issuer?
The token’s owner decides. An issuer can appoint a custodian, a transfer agent, or several agents.
Does freezing need the holder’s key?
No. Agents freeze wallets or units directly, and every freeze is recorded on chain.
Do frozen units survive a recovery?
Yes. In the reference implementation, a recovery carries frozen units and a frozen-wallet status to the new wallet.
